Hi, At my company we run and track our Google Ads and Social Ads from Hubspot. We would like an option to export Ad Campaign details such as the Campaign Name, Budget, Conversion etc. to our data warehouse. Currently we pull hubspot data into our data warehouse using the Hubspot API, however, it appears that the Hubspot API only includes details related to Email campaigns and nothing for Ad campaigns. Would be great if Ad Campaign data and related metrics were available as part of the Hubspot API.

The ads tool offers reports like impressions, likes, clicks, leads etc but it doesn't offer the ability to report on this compared to the previous period, so the context is missing from these reports. The social tool offers similar reports but offers a tick box to compare to the previous periods. It would be great to add this functionality to ads reporting to get a deeper understanding of the context of how ads are performing.

When connecting new accounts in Settings > Marketing > Ads, it would be perfect to have an option to SEARCH for an account name or ID, rather than having to go through several pages to find the one we need to connect. This is especially useful for agencies like my case, where we work with hundreds of accounts.

We utilise a number of PPC and paid social platforms. Rather frustratingly, I have noticed that within Google Ads - Search options that Hubspot only allow 1 responsive search ad (RSA) whilst the others are just text ads with less flexibility (expanded text ads). Could Hubspot update the ads options for Google Ads to allow more flexibility in terms of options or make them all RSA's please? Furthermore, and a reason Hubspot need to get onbaord is text ads (expdanded text ads in Google language) are being retired in June 2022 and no longer an option meaning the current integration will be useless. I want to do it the Hubspot way as setting up some targeting options is easier with the pre built lists we already have in Hubspot, but the lack of functionality options that is actually present in Google Ads means my heart and head means that I do it campaign by campaign as to what is going to be easier to achieving my goal. If there is not a pre built list in Hubspot then sorry I go straight to using Google Ads UI (Google Ads Editor I do a lot of my work for speed in that even the online version lacks).

I noticed that some leads are misatributted to Direct Traffic rather than Paid Search even though the paid ad interaction is correctly tracked and is displayed in the contact timeline. For instance, when a visitor click on an ad before his/her first conversion then later come back to the website through a direct URL, then convert to the wesbite, he/she will be sometime tracked as Direct Traffic rather than Paid Search even though the ad interaction showed to have happened in the timeline before the conversion through direct traffic. Unfortunately, it is not possible to automatically correct this misatribution because we can't filter this list of misatributted lead in a list. We could do so if the ad interaction filters would allow to filter ad interactions by "occur before/after" any contact property date. I could then select the first conversion date and compare it to the ad interaction date to determine whether a paid ad has occured before the first conversion. However the current filter only allows to filter by fixed date.

I hope there are some tools that integrate between LINE and HubSpot as well as Yahoo!. If a business can monitor its ads at one spot, it should be amazing. Thank you!

YouTube is essential tool for many marketing professional and companies. PROBLEM HubSpot do NOT allow integration with YouTube unless have "Enterprise Plan". This seems rediculous, especially if users have Marketing Professional Plan or other Professional Plans. Youtube integration should be provided as a basic feature for all plans, not just Enterprise. It would help with: + Website traffic + Social media + Paid Advertising + Marketing Reporting + Analytics Competitors Other CRM's that offer integration with YouTube for basic plans include Active Campaign, Salesforce, Zendesk, so hopefully HubSpot can off the same, so makes Hubspot look outdates and overpriced. FEATURE REQUEST Please allow YouTube integration for all plans, at a minimum, Marketing Professional plan to "make marketing easier" for HubSpot users.

In LinkedIn, I can add multiple images to a campaign. In Hubspot, I have to do it one at a time, which is time consuming. This should be the same process as LinkedIn.

We would love if it was possible to segment which Ads account a User can Read within Ads. For example, we have a client that wants to connect multiple Ads accounts to one Hubspot account. They only want the User than can post to that specific Ad account to be able to see that specific Ad account, and not any of the other Ads accounts for other users/corporate. However, currently we can only give a User access to viewing ALL Ads or NONE, and that is making it difficult to please this client. Since Users can only post to Ads account they have access to post to externally from Hubspot, why can't we have that same level of permission on viewing each Ads account within Hubspot as well?

Hi together, in the past weeks we had the same problem several times when it came to custom reports about ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads) in HubSpot. Especially for the customer success and reporting team it is important to be able to show custom reports about ads in a dedicated Dashboard. At the moment HubSpot only offers pre-set reports around ads that can not be edited. Additionally there is the "analyse" area in the "Marketing" -> "Ads" section where reports can be saved to Dashboards, but even these reports can not be edited. In a nutshell there is no possibility to create a report for a dedicated ad campaign (e.g. for a particular whitepaper ad) where we put together the following information in a table: CTR (Click through rate) CAC (Customer Aquisition Cost) Ad spent / cost for ad campaign Ad impressions Ad clicks CPC (Cost per click) Cost per MQL Cost per SQL I've added 2 screenshots of information that can not be added in reports at the moment and the missing "edit" button at ad-reports. If you are in the same situation that you want to build Dashboards around your social ads but miss the functions in HubSpot then feel free to give this post a thumb-up. Best, Stefan
