When adding automation to an ad, one can create a list of contacts generated from the ad. After you create the list, it does populate in the Contacts -> List area. The 'save' button on the record never becomes clickable after creating a list (and workflow). It states: You have not made any changes that need saving. When you X out of the window, the name of the workflow stays in the contact record, however the name of the list does not. You can not reuse list names when creating them this way and you can not have multiple ads combine into the same list. The name of the list associated withthe ad details should stay visiable on the record so it is easy to jump to that list instead of having to go back to 'Contacts -> Lists' to find it.  ...read more

It would be helpful to have other metrics available to track ad campaigns outside of Google, Facebook & LinkedIn. We have ours setup within campaigns, but it would be helpful to be able to have the budget tracked and show metrics for ROI based on campaign conversions and set budget.  ...read more

I understand if something is fully published that hubspot would not be the place to edit or cancel, but if it is simply scheduled, why does the edit or cancel function work within hubspot? There is an edit button on the ad listing, but it only opens details with no edit functionality. ...read more

The error message contains extracts from stack trace of JSON parser. This can be used to build more advanced threat vectors. It is also among the top 10 OWASP vulnerabilities. As a secure practice, it is never advised to issue verbose errors or stack traces to frontend. We follow OWASP and SANS standards across the org.
