Hello all, It would be really helpful if we could add code blocks to the internal comments section in Help Desk. For example, in Jira Service Management, you can easily create an internal comment, insert a block of code, and even select the programming language for syntax highlighting. This would make it much easier for our team to view, copy, and reference code snippets directly from the comments without needing to download or open separate files. It would be great if we could Delete/Clear specific timeline activities. It could be limited to a Super Admin permission or more.   My specific example is a Workflow that ran daily and was adding 2 activities every day on the Contact record. The workflow is no longer needed and has been deleted but the actions stay on the Contact records. (secreenshot) I know I can filter and hide workflow enrollments, but sometimes I do want to look at "active" workflow only and having these "always" on workflows just clogs the activity tab.   This is just one example, it can be applied to any Record/Object Timeline and any activity. HubSpot needs a feature to log custom activity types outside of the pre-defined notes, emails, calls, meetings, tasks, etc. This would allow for additional touchpoints to be tracked and provide a holistic view of the contact journey. ...read more

While we can add CCed email addresses when sending an invoice using the invoice tool.  The CCed emails are not being associated with the contact or the deal.  Therefore, there is no way ot tracking the send or reciept of the invoice to the CCed contact.     Additionally, there is no good work around.  As in many cases the client needs more than one person copied on the invoice email and receiving two emails or duplicate invoices creates confusion for the client.       Adding the email tracking to cc'ed recipients would allow for a much more accurate communication string with much less confusion.  ...read more

This is a huge issue and there seems to be no reason for it.  It is impossible to Delete or Void an invoice after a certain point.  If an invoice is accidentally marked paid it's locked.  You can't delete it, void it or unassociate it, so it is just permanently **bleep** up.  This is unacceptable.  Nothing should ever be impossible to undo.  I have clients now that show multiple paid invoices because one was marked paid with the wrong amount.  So a new one was created with the correct amount and now they show double paid.  To not be able to correct this is absolutely laughable. ...read more

This creates confusion and a lack of transparency, as it is impossible to know what was changed or who made the modification. Hi. when personalizing a record, in the middle section (Overview tab), we can now customize those tabs. When trying to customize the tabs, we can add our own custom cards and we can select the Report card type. Unfortunately, we can only add single object reports. Recently implemented Hubspot & am absolutely shocked & disgusted to find that I cannot search for a keyword in emails only in the subject line of the email. How is this possible in 2020 in a CRM system?!?!?!?! One of the reasons we implemented the system was to have a centralised activity history for each client so that we can find emails in one place without having to ask everyone to individually run a search in their outlook to find the email. Does anyone know if there are plans to fix this MASSIVE FLAW in the system or if there is any workaround I can use? ...read more
