Specifically, this feature would include the ability to assign a manager to view and analyze the reports of their team easily. Key Features: Provide a customizable dashboard where managers can choose and arrange the specific metrics they want to see for each team member, such as deals closed, emails sent, appointments scheduled, etc. Implement granular user permissions to ensure that only authorized managers can access the Team Reporting Dashboard for their respective teams. Allow managers to filter data based on specific time frames (daily, weekly, monthly) to track both short-term and long-term performance trends. Ensure that the Team Reporting Dashboard is mobile-responsive, enabling managers to access important metrics on the go. How It Works: Managers should be able to easily assign themselves as the designated manager for each team member within the HubSpot interface.
