Great minds think alike

It would be good to be able to create views in the Activity Feed as not all email opens are equally important.  Frequency of email opens are often an indicator of an impending sale.  It would be good to be able to be see which of your prospects are activitly engaged in "end of sales process activities" such reviewing the proposal email template or the referral email or perhaps, best of all, the agreement email template. Summary, I would like notifications when these three email templates are opened- no other types of emails . I'd like to be able to filter my call activities by call outcome because it's time consuming to scroll through call activities looking for the last actual conversation I had with a prospect.  This is especially awkward if the contact is already on the line and I'm trying to find the last conversation we had to remind them of what we discussed.  If I could just quickly apply a filter to see all connects, or the last time I left a voicemail, that would be really helpful.  ...read more

Posting this on behalf of a customer 🙂    Currently, on the activity timeline (e.g. for a deal record), we are not able to filter the tasks based on completion (e.g. upcoming tasks, completed tasks). The tasks will then fill up the entire timeline and it makes it difficult for the user to actually view what are the upcoming tasks. However, if the user filters out all tasks in the timeline, then the user is not able to actually view the upcoming tasks.    It will be great to have an option to filter tasks based on completion status 🙂  ...read more

In the Activity Feed Section, if you want to look again for a specific contact, you have to scroll for more contacts to load (which takes a lot of time) and manually search through for the contact (control+F).   It will be way easier if you add an option where people could filter the period they are looking for (from date X to Y)- as well as search for the contact. In this way the whole period will load from the beginning, and the user will not need to wait and scroll for loading all the contacts (the scroll depth will also decrease as well as the time for finding what the user is looking for).  ...read more

I've had 97 email open notifications TODAY from a specific contact. Can we please have functionality where we can turn off tracking AFTER being sent for specific contacts rather than having to turn off all notifications and losing important tracking data for other customers?  ...read more

I want videos (and possibly all file types) to act like CTA's, Forms & Page views   1. Contact timeline activity I want our team to see that a contact has viewed a video & %viewed they viewed in the contact activity timeline, similar to CTA's, Forms and Page views.   2.
