When in the activities view for a Company (or any other record history), you can go to the list of associated records (to notes, emails, etc.), but there is no direct way to go from that list to the associated record itself. If you would click on the record name, that would disassociate the record, it isn't a link to it.   I would like that (which in my view should be a simple thing to do) to be a link to the object instead, and if you would like to disassociate it, you would click on the checkbox.   Does this make sense?     ...read more

If one switches between the activity tab and other cards in a record, the activity tab does not remember the last searched item. Sometime, the activity searched for and found is needed for context against information on other cards. It would be great if we could add the "create [activity]" buttons in the new custom CRM cards. Ideally, the activity created via the button on that specific tab would then stay on that specific tab.   Use case. Organization has a tab that highlights on specific aspect of clientele journey, but does not fully require a separate object to track and report. Organization would like to quickly make relevant commentary or tasks and have said activity be quickly identifiable. When you attach a file to an object it creates an empty note. Which is functionally useless. You should be able to   a) upload a file without creating an empty note   b) if that's unavoidable, have a (saveable) way to filter out empty notes.  ...read more

Hey it would be a major improvement if workflow enrollment on the activity timeline under record pages was visually different when contacts enrolled vs completed. ie a little circle colored next to each timeline event.    🟡 Enrolled, no completed 🔴 Enrolled, Unenrolled due to error / supression 🟢 Enrolled, Completed no errors.    My main questions when I go there is 1) Did they enroll. 2) Did they complete the enrollment without error?    I still like to see two separate events for enrolled timestamp and completed time stamp. but they all look the same, it's hard to tell the above questions^^ ...read more
