While we can add CCed email addresses when sending an invoice using the invoice tool.  The CCed emails are not being associated with the contact or the deal.  Therefore, there is no way ot tracking the send or reciept of the invoice to the CCed contact.     Additionally, there is no good work around.  As in many cases the client needs more than one person copied on the invoice email and receiving two emails or duplicate invoices creates confusion for the client.       Adding the email tracking to cc'ed recipients would allow for a much more accurate communication string with much less confusion.  ...read more

HubSpot needs a feature to log custom activity types outside of the pre-defined notes, emails, calls, meetings, tasks, etc. This would allow for additional touchpoints to be tracked and provide a holistic view of the contact journey. ...read more

Problem Description: Currently, users cannot see the edit history when a comment on a note is modified. This creates confusion and a lack of transparency, as it is impossible to know what was changed or who made the modification. This is particularly important in contexts where teams collaborate on note editing. As a super admin, I would like to deactived the automatical logging between a ticket and a deal. All incomming tickets from a contact today establise a connection to all excisting deals where the contact is listet. This is messy. I have tried to set all assosiations to none for email under Activity, but it still happens. I also have disabled associations under the ticket settings, with no luck. After contacting support I understand, there is not possible to deactivate automatically logging from incomming tickets from Help Desk i Hubspot. All tickets wil log to Activities on deals and be visible in the activity and email tab. This is messy!   ...read more

This is a huge issue and there seems to be no reason for it.  It is impossible to Delete or Void an invoice after a certain point.  If an invoice is accidentally marked paid it's locked.  You can't delete it, void it or unassociate it, so it is just permanently **bleep** up.  This is unacceptable.  Nothing should ever be impossible to undo.  I have clients now that show multiple paid invoices because one was marked paid with the wrong amount.  So a new one was created with the correct amount and now they show double paid.  To not be able to correct this is absolutely laughable. ...read more

I would like to be able to display the marketing emails sent to invidividual contacts under a single company view. Then ideally we'd be able to display this in the Hubspot section that's pushed to Salesforce. We do account based marketing and it would be helpful for our sales people to be able to see an all up view of marketing emails sent at the account level to see how we're reaching them. ...read more
