It would be incredible to have filter options for Contact Activity Associations to Tickets.    Current state the only options are None, Log to All, Log to 1 or 5 most recently associated, but that also includes closed tickets and there's no pipeline filter option.    The Problem Current State: Either activity association that doesn't make sense or no association. Details: We use one pipeline for our general support where all messages go through Helpdesk and a dedicated linked email/phone, and we utilize the ticket setting to re-open upon email reply to a closed ticket, and everything is fine there. BUT we use a second (and plan on more) Ticket pipeline for onboarding that doesn't use a specific or linked email inbox, just general user emails and there's usually a couple different users involved (sales rep plus onboarding user). To associate all appropriate activities (calls, emails, meetings) the only option right now is the automatic activity association settings, but if I turn those on, then activities also get associated to tickets from the other pipelines, and even closed tickets where they don't make any sense, and then when a reply comes in that email thread, closed tickets from the other pipeline will re-open in helpdesk which is completely incorrect.  ...read more

In my sales process, whenever I create a company, HubSpot automatically creates a lead (deal) associated with it. After that, I add the contact (or multiple contacts) inside that same company — so company, contact (via automation), and lead are all correctly associated from the start. Since I work with outbound prospecting, the lead pipeline is where I track progress, priority, and the overall rhythm of pre-sales. The problem is: When I enroll the contact into a sequence, their activities are not natively associated with the company object. So when that contact opens an email, replies, clicks, or when a call is connected, those activities are not associated with the lead. Because of that, the native HubSpot automations that should move the lead through the pipeline do not work, even though everything is properly associated. I end up having to move the lead manually. In practice, the contact progresses, but the lead (the object I actually track) does not move, which completely breaks my prospecting workflow. What I need is simple: All contact and company activities should be automatically associated with the lead they are linked to, so the pipeline reflects the real journey of the prospect. In workflows when creating a note or other body of character activities, it would be helpful to have an option to write in "@" before the token for a user and this would create a @mention.    For example, I have an workflow that creates a note on a record contact to alert existing owner that additional owners have been added. I would like to place a @mention before the "Contact Owner" token to move this to their notifications inbox.  ...read more

Hi everyone, I hope you're doing well. I’d like to know if HubSpot offers an option for super administrators to easily view the record customizations (with properties specific to each team, different layouts, specific data groups, etc.) created by individual users or teams. This feature would greatly simplify my work, as I’m one of the people responsible for the company’s CRM. We have different teams in the system, each with specific needs, which requires custom views. However, when making these changes, I am unable to see how the model was configured before granting access to the specific user or team. Currently, I have to configure the views with the person, ask them to log in to the system, and inform me if everything is correct, which makes the process quite inefficient. It would be very helpful if there were a feature similar to the email marketing preview, where we can see how an email will appear for a specific contact before sending it. This is a huge issue and there seems to be no reason for it.  It is impossible to Delete or Void an invoice after a certain point.  If an invoice is accidentally marked paid it's locked.  You can't delete it, void it or unassociate it, so it is just permanently **bleep** up.  This is unacceptable.  Nothing should ever be impossible to undo.  I have clients now that show multiple paid invoices because one was marked paid with the wrong amount.  So a new one was created with the correct amount and now they show double paid.  To not be able to correct this is absolutely laughable. ...read more
