Currently, when logging a meeting in HubSpot, only one user can edit the meeting note at a time. This limitation reduces collaborative efficiency during meetings with multiple internal participants.   Use Case: In many organizations, multiple HubSpot users (e.g. Sales, Customer Success, Product) attend the same meeting with external stakeholders. During the meeting, they want to jointly take notes, assign tasks, and record important details in real-time directly within HubSpot.   At the moment, they must resort to external tools such as Slack, Google Docs, or Zoom chat to communicate and co-edit notes during a live call — only later copy-pasting the final version into HubSpot. This is inefficient and risks information loss or inconsistencies.   Proposed Feature: Enable real-time collaborative editing of meeting notes in HubSpot. Key capabilities would include: Multiple HubSpot users can open the same meeting log simultaneously. Live typing and changes are synced across all viewers (similar to Google Docs). Optionally include a lightweight comment or inline chat feature within the note for internal-only discussion during the meeting.     Benefits: Streamlines collaboration during meetings. Reduces reliance on third-party tools like Slack or Google Docs. Ensures all relevant meeting information is stored directly in the CRM context. Improves real-time coordination, especially for cross-functional teams.     Impact: This feature would significantly improve productivity and data accuracy for teams that collaborate on deals, tickets, or customer engagements within HubSpot. Cet outil permettrait aux utilisateurs de générer facilement des liens d’événements compatibles avec tous les types de calendriers, améliorant ainsi l’accessibilité et l’organisation. HubSpot needs a feature to log custom activity types outside of the pre-defined notes, emails, calls, meetings, tasks, etc. This would allow for additional touchpoints to be tracked and provide a holistic view of the contact journey. ...read more

The Activity Summary is great but without including NOTES it is not complete.  Including Notes would give a fuller picture of the journey and having AI do it would save our team SOOOO Much time!  Please add NOTES to the Activity Summary!  ...read more

Dear HubSpot Support Team,   When creating a meeting with attendees, an invitation is automatically sent to the customer. While this feature is convenient for users who rely on HubSpot as their primary communication tool, our organization primarily uses HubSpot as an internal management tool.   We follow specific naming conventions for meetings that are not intended to be shared with customers. Automatically sending invitations can create confusion and unnecessary burdens for our team and clients.   It would be incredibly beneficial if the option to send meeting invitations could be made optional, allowing users to decide whether or not to notify attendees. De plus, pour la conception de cartes (cards), il serait utile de disposer des fonctionnalités suivantes : Un conteneur principal avec un arrière-plan coloré. With the latest update the prospecting space got lost in the starter edition and therefore also the bookmark for the Activity Feed got lost.   It would be more than nice if a bookmark could be applied for the Activity Feed (like for all other areas).   This would bring this valuable feature to the top and easy to access.     ...read more
