We need a Korean language option 🇰🇷     In Korea, here we have so many leads who want HubSpot. But Korean-supported software is the most important thing to decide whether a company uses HubSpot or Salesforce.   In most cases, even if the primary decision maker likes the HubSpot feature and that this can help their pain points and needs, few of them can use HubSpot because most Korean companies will not understand why they need to use a solution in English.   Since HubSpot doesn't support Korean I thought we had so many struggles when we persuaded our leads or team members to use HubSpot.   Most are not familiar with the English interface, and most of them hesitate to use it only because it's not in Korean.   Nowadays, I think it's really a time we need Korean HubSpot. It's been about 4 years since I kept asking to add Korean in HubSpot. BLUF: A view that we can delete but cannot edit? As HubSpot super admins, we have access to all the resources and components built by us or others. However, we are unable to change or edit the views. We can only delete them, which doesn't make sense. This creates a lot of dependencies as we have to involve stakeholders like the CEO for minor non-functional changes. Simple changes that could be done in seconds sometimes take weeks to get approval from senior stakeholders. It doesn't make sense that we can delete views but not edit them. Unfortunately, HubSpot doesn't let you auto-subscribe contacts to WhatsApp communications. You have no direct access to the subscription type in workflows and you don't even see the subscription in the settings.   The option you have is to go into contact's profile and inspect all their subscriptions there. You will see WhatsApp and you'll be able to subscribe the contact manually.  (don't mind the German language)   Why don't we have an option to auto-subscribe the contact to WhatsApp Notifications if they submitted a form with their phone (WhatsApp) number and agreed to receive notifications via WhatsApp? When we collect consent from our contacts by ticking a checkbox or by clicking a button, we expect the contacts to be auto subscribed to WA-notifications.   P.S. I am talking about a situation when a contact doesn't know your WA number and cannot contact you first (as described here), so it is way better for both sides when a contact submits a form and gives their phone number and asks to be contacted per WhatsApp. The rest should be handled by HubSpot.   Added: There's currently an option to mass opt-in contacts for WhatsApp communications in your Contacts view. This is currently in Beta so make sure you add this function to your HS portal in Product Updates. STILL this is a manual process that is not convenient when you actively use WhatsApp for communications with your contacts. ...read more

Hey HubSpot,   We'd love to see something in the way of adding conditional logic as to WHEN somebody can edit a property rather than just WHO can edit/see etc   E.g When the Deal is Deal Stage "Pending Approval", properties such as "Conditions", "Amount", "Submission Date" cannot be updated.   This would allow for greater confidence and control around time crititcal processes and ensuring that information is not being incorrectly updated after a submission where details must remain the same for verification purposes etc   Ideally this would be similar to, but is not quite the same as User Permissions on Properties.   Thanks! ...read more

Hello product team,   For HubSpot admins, one of the biggest challenges is keeping a portal organized, cleaned up and prevent overall chaos. Especially in Enterprise portals with sometimes hundreds of users, it's almost impossible to get users to follow a naming convention for email names, landing page names, workflow names. Quickly this becomes a cat and mouse game where HubSpot have to constantly chase and remind users to name their assets correctly.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for users?   Naming conventions are usually documented outside of HubSpot, in a wiki, stored as a Google Doc or something similar along the same lines. Forcing them to interrupt what they're currently doing, look up a naming convention and then come back means that they're losing time. They also have to leave HubSpot momentarily. Even then, they might misunderstand the naming convention and type in an incorrect name.   Why is this currently a bad user experience for admins?   Incorrect naming means that list or workflow filters for Recent conversion might not work. It can also mean that reports become a mess, if these reports are pulling in asset names.   If admins have to look into this on a permanent basis, in portals where there are new assets every day, this takes time away from developing the HubSpot portal and generating more value for all users.   Here's what a solution could look like   To solve this, it would be great if there were tools to enforce a naming convention. Ideally, admins would specify what constitutes a correctly named asset and similar to the forms editor, arrange fields to their liking.   Here's a quick mockup of what this could look like when creating a new page.     The user could select from dropdowns which team they belong to, the language of the assets, the asset type, include a title and date. The system would then generate a title from this that cannot be further edited.   Admins should be able to specify the options for each dropdown, separators, order and field validation (e.g. max length for a title).   (In case this is eventually introduced, please consider to make this a feature that is at least included in all Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.)   I would love to see this for all assets in HubSpot: emails, workflows, lists, campaigns, imports, properties, files etc.   Thanks in advance for reviewing! ...read more
