Please create a HubSpot Systems Certification that is for the systems people. Some of us are not marketers or sales people but still diagnose problems in HubSpot all the time and would love to prove to the world that we know errors, integrations, properties, mappings, diagnosing, reporting, etc. There are tons of us who operate behind the scenes and want to prove it. Marketing need to stagger email sends so that the call centre can manage traffic produced by campaigns. Currently we can manually seperating the static lists and cloning campaign emails and sending seperately over 4 hours. Not an efficient use of time, and human error happens.   We would like to be able to stagger our email sends in one of two ways: 1. Stagger email send through email scheduling functionality 2. Seperate static lists and send same campaign through a workflow (workflow would seperate lists 50/50 or into 1/4   dotdigital currently has the functionality to split lists through workflows. I love learning from HubSpot Academy and can only do so from desktop or smartphone browser. It would be great if HubSpot could create and launch HubSpot learning app, similar to others like LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, edx, etc.   Additional features could include: - downloadable courses for offline learning. (most of the learning apps have this feature) - listening to the content in audio format. You could listen to the content while the device is locked. (LinkedIn learning has this feature)   This would help the learners who love to absorb content while doing a house chore, exercising, walking, feeding the baby, etc.    What do you think? ...read more

It would be very helpful to see whether I upvoted an idea from the idea overview page. The easiest way to do this is to fill the "thumbs up" button next to the number of upvotes if I upvoted that article. Aloha HubSpot,   I'd love to see some quality-of-life improvements made to HubSpot Academy's My Team tab.    Providing a space for Admins/Managers to track team members and the certifications they've received is definitely needed. Especially as HubSpot pushes partners for accreditation, involving the completion of these trainings. The ability to track who has what certification easily is essential.    When viewing the My Team tab, the circle Awards represent training and the status of their completion for each team member. Unless I'm confused, these badges don't represent all the training's or tracks availible in the academy? It's perhaps highlighting those that HubSpot has determined to be most important or relevant? It's only possible to see which training a specific team member has completed by mousing over the Award badge, so a pop-up displays the name.  Simply adding in the name of each Award's name just below the award itself would be helpful.  It would be even better if it was possible to see the expiration date's of these awards as well from this page.  For a full gold star, could you make it possible to export a CSV (or similar) of each team member and their completed training/certifications? Free 6 pack if this can also include a column which includes the Expiration Date of the certification.
