It would be nice to have the choice of filters being an EXACT match or just a CONTAINS match. In the current sync limits, these are EXACT matches meaning that one needs to account for all different potential scenarios of a given word or phrase, i.e.  I want any Company name that contains the phrase "DO NOT USE" to be excluded from my sync....for that, I must create separate criteria for : Do Not Use DO NOT USE do not use Do not use DO NOT use Do Not use and on and on…… ...read more

The current ConnectWise PSA HubSpot integration does a great job of syncing most properties between ConnectWise Companies, Contacts, and Opportunities (HubSpot Deals).    However, there is a major gap: The opportunity financial data does not sync. This means that when connecting to HubSpot to view all the ConnectWise opportunities, they all amount to $0. This ruins over 50% of HubSpot's dashboard features and doesn't allow sales teams to use HubSpot as intended.    I would like to request that ConnectWise Opportunity Forecast Data be synced (2-way) and allowed to be mapped to the Amount or Forecasted Amount fields in Hubspot.    Thanks for your time and attention, developer team! ...read more

When you add or update a record (contact/company/etc.), it gets denied if an option within a property doesn't exist.  I propose adding an option to the API to allow adding the option if it doesnt exist.   E.g. Favorite Color (Checkbox) Red, Blue, Green   Add/Update Contact Name: Roger Email: test@test.com Favorite Color: Orange   --- Currently, this will error.  I want an option to make it so it adds the option to the property and succeeds. ...read more

UI extensions are the solution to many enterprise problem, but why is it available only with Service Hub Enterprise or Sales Hub Enterprise? The current HubSpot-built Shopify integration is limited to selecting one-way sync or two-way sync at the account level.   An improvement would be the ability to select one-way or two-way sync per mapped property instead of per account. The integration settings show the direction of the sync per property, but they are not adjustable as shown in the screenshot below:   Use-case: We want to keep a one-way sync for email, name, and phone properties that sync from Shopify to HubSpot, but we want a two-way sync for customer tags. Hi there, Is there a way using Hubspot API to edit an existing List of Contacts and add one Filter Group for each different URL, using a list of over 100 different URLs, with a OR condition between each Filter Group?   Each Filter Group should look like this example: Page View has at least one Page View of a URL that contains /URL_EXAMPLE/   We obviously want to avoid having to create such a List manually ... Hi everyone! our goal is to set conditional options between two Contact properties when the same conditional options are set on the same company properties: for example we have 2 contact properties “city” and country” with conditional logic. And we have 2 company properties “city” and country” with the same conditional logic and we would like that when a new conditional option is entered for the two contact properties, it would be automatically set the same conditional option on the 2 company properties; all this using API.
