I attached a screenshot for the product managers. When the filter is set for a month, the Weekly view should NOT take into account ANY other dates! Why would it? Please make this logical fix so my team can track their progress vs a goal week to week.
From the ServiceHub side, daily goals are critical. Tickets closed, emails etc. When looking monthly, it is VERY hard to account for weekends, etc and see your overall achievement toward goals. Extra breakdowns are sorely needed.
