we are using the sales Tool integration in Outlook to log Email to Companys, contacts and Deals.
Our Sales Stage has the buckets won and lost.
If a deal is lost or won i do not want it to show up in the outlook integration as an option to log.
Now we can handle it since we do not have more than 2-3 deals per customer. But in a few month or years i will not be able to chose which of the eg 20 deals which sound similar i wanted to log the email.
It would be very useful to filter deals to log using the HubSpot Outlook add-in. When searching for deals to log, most of the deals that come up for our long-time clients are completed and archived, so there's not point for them to show up. It would be great if we could filter so that only deals we have marked as "Active" were to show up. Hoping for this feature in the future.
