One of my favorite features is the easy import of a new contact from the phone. (importing one contact on PC from outlook is very cumbersome. It is less time consuming then to add manually.)
Unfortunately, only limited properties are imported from the phone. When calling a contact, it is very important to directly see their adress to be able to plan a visit. Ideally, one should be able to adapt in settings which properties would standard be imported.
