every time I go into the list I have take an extra step to then sort the list correctly... would be great to be able to choose the column to sort on and in which way, and then save that as the default sort. And really easy to do technically. Your support team said you cannot do it atm and to post here.

Here is today's basic functionality that should be in the vanilla product but only exists as a customer idea.

Agree it would be very useful to define the default sort order on any View.

Commenting to try to increase finadability of this

 

The Default Object List view, for example the default "All deals" view should have an option to set and save a default sort by option (e.g. by create date).
