Hubspot has a nice feature that automatically sends a copy of a Live Chat transcript when the chat is closed. However, this feature is either on or off. There's no ability to situationally adjust this setting.
It would be extremely useful if, when closing a Live Chat, there was a way to de-select the transcript send (if that setting was on) or to select transcript send (if that setting is off).
As it is now, if we activate that setting, if there areLive Chat conversations that don't need a transript to be sent, we have to turn off the feature, close all the relevant chats, and then re-activate the feature. It's a pain.
