changing form submission notification subject lines
It would be great if we could edit the subject lines of those notifications as, when we respond to incoming leads, we have to manually update the subject line every time although using a template email response. Not efficient to write the same subject line 400 time per year.
We need this idea to be implemented, but for a different reason.
We are emailing form submissions into a 3rd party system. Due the email subject line being the same on every form submission, the 3rd party system blocks some of the emails as spam. As this is another SaaS product the logs are obfuscated and we are unable to workaround it.
Adding a unique identifier to each email subject will mitigate this issue.
This is something that we have needed for a while. Seems very basic to me. We want to be able to make it more to clear to those that are receiving these notifications what it is.
We face the same issue. While the subject line can be changed, it is not visible unless one clicks on the 3 dots next to the recipient name. This makes it error-prone as it is easy to forget to change the subject line.
We need the form submissions to have a unique identifier on them. Would be nice for the name of the person submitting it to be including in the subject line that is sent to the owner.
