At present, they have connected their FB messenger to HubSpot and are able to view conversations from within HubSpot.
However, they are looking to take it to the next level by being able to categorise conversations or tag them to a Campaign, like adding assets, so that they can report on the number of conversations coming in for each campaign etc.
At present, this categorisation/taggin is not possible and having this feature available will really help to elevate our reporting capabilities as well. Thank you team 😊
