Right now there is ability to select individual chat and email chat transcript. It would be nice to select all chats and email them in bulk for internal audit/review.
The idea was submitted previously (and basically ignored by HubSpot). Manually going through each chat to send individual transcriptions is not a sustainable process.
Should be able to have these transcripts automatically sent to an internal email address. This functionality exists already (visitors receive a copy of their transcript automatically). Just need a place to add another email address to send a transcript after every chat.
