automatically create contacts that schedule meeting via connected calendar
Hi team posting this idea on behalf of my customer,
We would like to be able to automatically create contacts in HubSpot when a meeting is scheduled with them on my connected Google Calendar.
This is because we are inviting multiple people to the meeting via Google Calendar, since we are not able to use the HubSpot meeting link to add multiple people to one meeting when submitting the form.
Being able to use the connected calendar's function to schedule meetings with multiple people and have them be created as contacts thereafter will be super helpful for us and save us manual work.
