auto-populate subject line in conversations replies
Hi team, posting on behalf of my customer.
They would like the subject title of all their replies sent out from the Conversations inbox to say "Your XYZ inquiry..."
At the moment, the only way they can achieve this is through selecting a template when they reply a conversation, but they would like to be able to pre-set this so that even if a rep forgets to pull a template, the subject title will be accurate.
