attach images in create jira action within workflow
Hi team, am posting this idea on behalf of my customer:
As contacts tend to send in images in addition to their queries that they send in, which we create tickets for, we are using the workflow's Create jira issue action but we are not able to natively pull the ticket images added.
Thus being able to have an additional field where we can opt to include the images on the ticket when creating the jira will be super helpful!
Upvoting.. We ask for users to submit screenshots of any error or behaviour they are reporting. Not being able to sync pictures to Jira, which should be a no brainer, makes the integration a lot less useful.
