They're not able to search for Contacts on the HubSpot app using filters. It would be really important to have additional filters to search for people.
For example, they run into a guy named Mike at a festival. they can’t remember a lot about Mike but they have all the notes in his contact and Hubspot. So they search for the word Mike, and they only found Contacts, Companies, Deals, Tickets, Tasks, and a whole list of people with the first name Mike (see the screenshot attached). None of which are the mike they're looking for. So, by adding an additional filter, some other information that they remember, for example, “source” then they can put “Dance,” then only the person named Mike from the source dance would appear. Then they can click on that and navigate to Mike's record. Then, when they finish that conversation with Mike, They can add additional notes to the contact.
This is a really really important feature. We would like to know if this is possible to be developed in a near future.
I can suggest some additional filters that could be added to the mobile app search option to enhance the user experience. Here are a few ideas:
App Ratings: Allow users to filter apps based on their ratings. This could include options like minimum rating, average rating, or specific rating ranges.
App Categories: Enable users to filter apps based on specific categories such as games, productivity, social networking, education, entertainment, etc. This would help users find apps that align with their interests.
Price Range: Allow users to set a price range to filter apps based on their cost. This could include options such as free apps, paid apps, or a specific price range.
Release Date: Provide the ability to filter apps based on their release date. Users could select options like most recent apps, apps released within a specific time frame, or apps released before a certain date.
Supported Platforms: Allow users to filter apps based on the platform they are compatible with, such as iOS, Android, Windows, or cross-platform apps.
Language: Provide the option to filter apps based on the preferred language. This would be particularly useful for users who prefer apps in a specific language or are looking for localization options.
This is also a feature we are missing. Follow-up with potential customers is important and it would be very useful to be able to search for lifecycle stages in the mobile app combined with city for example so we can easily find the contacts with opportunities in a certain city when we're on the road (Mobile app)...
In the mobile app, users need to be able to search by Filters.
For example, I am at a school event with my child. There are 30 people there of whom I remember 2 names, I want to quickly go in my Hubspot and search my custom field "Source "Who introduced you" for "Montessori School" so it pulls up everyone who has that field chosen.
They definitely need more advanced filters in the app. My sales team can't even search for a specific city in order to see all contacts located there when they're on the road.
Would like to see the same "advanced filter" as the contacts tab on the website.
Yes please, HubSpot! I work in an Intellectual Property law firm, and our partners spend a lot of time meeting with other IP firms at international conferences. They desperately need a way to search on different properties on their mobile app while at a conference. Please!
We REALLY need more ways to filter in the mobile app--primarily customer number/account number (as many of our customers have same or similar names), city, and state. (These would be a bare minimum.)
