We have recently purchased Service Hub Pro, expecting to revolutionise our surveys among other things. This feature is a no brainer. It seems that service hub lacks development in comparison to other HubSpot tools (can't change font or customise the style of survey to match branding, no scale from 1-5, and no conditional logic). Please bring this in!
All feedback surveys must have conditional logic, it's the only true way to personalise a generic survey to the recipient's experience and enable us to fully understand the feedback we're receiving.
@SabariRam any idea on timelines for this? if it went into planning in November, three months later it would be good to know if we could expect a beta in the next few months... Thanks!
Hi @JMCabon if you go to product updates there is a beta called "Dependent fields in custom surveys" if you join that beta you'll get access to logic 🙂
@Evanb54@JMCabon conditional logic is only available for certain property types, and feedback submission properties is not one of those property types. Ridiculous, if you ask me. They have the code. Just add it to feedback submission properties!
