I'm marking this as 'Alternative Solution' because there is a Zoom Phone for HubSpot integration, built and supported by Zoom Video Communications. It supports making and receiving phone calls in HubSpot, as well as sending and receiving SMS.
If anything changes on HubSpot's end as far as a native integration for Zoom phone calls, I'll be sure to update this post. In the meantime, I hope this integration is helpful. 🙂
Thank you for your continued feedack here. As you may have seen, we've recently improved our integration with Zoom.
Improving this integration with more robust functionality specific to Zoom Phone is absolutely on a list of things we’d like to do. However, the list of calling specific improvements is long and time and resources are limited. So, building this functionality is ultimately a question of priorities and this is a lower priority compared to some of the other things we’re working on right now. We're continuing to keep an eye on the use cases provided in this idea and are always re-evaluating our top priorities, we'll be sure to update this thread when this is a more near-term deliverable.
Yes, please. Zoom Phone has been a lifesaver during COVID. We have left Nextiva to mainly use Zoom Phone. An integration for HubSpot calling with would awesome.
If Verizon one talk works great here and one talk is not a great player in this arena what is the delay to put the world's biggest play on Hubspot. Great need.
+1 ! It would be really amazing for our sales reps to have Zoom Phone integrated to Hubspot. Today it is not possible to record Zoom calls in Hubspot contact records.
