Similar to the Salesforce integration, it would be great if we could set up a Property Mapping with the Zoom integration so that the informationg that's filled out directly on the Zoom form can sync up in Hubspot.
I'm currently a bit disappointed with the integration and the suggestion by the Knowledge base to perform a reverse registration.
The synch only capturing name and email really doesn't help us. We ask for organization and job title on our zoom form and would also like to get Zoom's source name for each registrant synched with hubspot. As it is, we must manually do all of this so we can't take advantage of the integration. Doing a Hubspot-first form then passing the registration data to Zoom is a bad idea. If something goes wrong with that data move, registrants will be unable to join the webinar.
Yeah I'm frustrated with this integration as well. It keep supdating contact information. Our data is a mess, but we need the integration to add them to Zoom webinars. HubSpot - please consider making property mapping an option so we can turn off "Map first name" so James doesn't become a Jim automatically.
I also agree^ and because this has not been implemented since it was pitched in 2021, I have no faith that it will ever happen. At the end of the day it is a loss for both zoom and hubspot but ultimately for the end user. and to @IMartinez27's point we will probably look for this feature in another marketing automation platform.
