An idea for marketers using the Zoom integration looking to follow up after webinars in Zoom:
I notice there is an event created on contacts who register for a Zoom meeting and for those who attend but there isn't one for those who are absent.
Please could you set up an event for this using the same 'absentee' metric that Zoom uses. 'Did not attend webinar and webinar has ended' or 'Did not attend webinar within X amount of time from the start time'.
I know that I can use lists to arrive at this but it relies on me creating three lists: 1. Webinar registrations 2. Those who registered who attended
3. Those who are in list one but not list two (absentees).
Additionally, it would just be so much easier to have the event to then create a workflow from it rather than having to manually update the webinar code for the above lists to send a simple follow up email. Yes, I know that Zoom does it already, but sending email from HubSpot has so many more benefits!
