Zero Date on Blog Posts - Warning Message

When a blog post is unpublished the publish date is just going to show the zero date, which is why we end up seeing 12/31/69, but once we actually have a publish date, this issue resolves itself. It would be nice to have a warning message displaying this message so users know this is not an issue and it will be solved once published

Yes, please. I know it's a small thing, but we have to explain to our reviewers every. single. time. that the date is not a mistake and will be updated to the time of publication. It causes more confusion than it's worth. Is it possible for it just to say "month, day, year" or format it in a way that doesn't look "real" or include the suggested warning message? We tell our reviewers upfront that the date will be corrected, but they still let us know that we need to fix it, or worse, ask us why it says 1970. Thanks for listening.
