When using the HubSpot Data Sync with Zendesk tickets, HubSpot has the sync limited to tickets in Zendesk that are not "Archived". This has lead to us losing over 75,000 tickets that we will no longer be able to view/access after completing our migration from Zendesk to HubSpot.
Zendesk's API allows for "archived" tickets to be accessed, but HubSpot's Data Sync app excludes them. There is no way to made this selection ourselves.
This has lead to us having to export all data as JSON, and work through converting this into CSV to be able to import into HubSpot.
