Your 'Select Idea Category' field on the New Idea form doesn't give me any options

When I'm submitting a new idea, how can I 'Select Idea Category' field when I don't know the Idea Categories? Feels like you could offer a drop down in the field below. Now...off to go manually figure out what idea category this should be.

It auto populates if I know what to type first. But I didn't know what to type and had to manually look it up.
