Workflows for Form Options | Also Sorting/Filtering

It would be great to be able to use a workflow or property edit to turn form settings on or off.
For example: "Pre-populate contact fields with known values"
Also
It would be nice to be able to filter/sort forms based on settings i.e., view which forms do or do not have the "Option" -- "Pre-populate contact fields with known values" set to "On"
