Workflows: Dynamic If/Then Statement

Be able to compare two properties against each other.


For example, if I want to say:

IF customer last reply date = last contacted date


email x person/team




In this example, I can compare to see what messages have been waiting for an unacceptable amount of time. For my particular use case I would need to know within x minutes, not hours or days - but I think with the "delay" feature I can get around this.
