Workflows - Delays - Between set times

Use case: Leads come in Monday - Friday between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. We want to immediately send an email and assign a call task to our sales team. A delay is set up for specific days of the week. Another delay is set up between X time and Y time (8 am and 4 pm, in this case).

 

The current problem: Delays do not allow you to set a range in the "Time of day" option. You can only choose a set time or after a certain amount of time. If a time delay, for example, is set to "Delay until 8:00 a.m." and a lead comes in at 8:35 a.m., then the lead will not proceed through the workflow.


Function: Create a delay action that allows the user to choose a start time and end time.
