Workflow triggers: Option to choose a specific date/time (e.g. 1st of the month)

We'd find it useful to trigger a workflow based on a specific date/time. 

For example, we would like to set up a workflow that clears a field at the end/first of the month (as opposed to 30 days).

This would be extremely helpful for me too - being able to set workflows to trigger at a specific date and time (and the ability to set the workflow to be recurring on a weekly or monthly basis) would be great!

triggers set to certain days of the month is needed!
