Workflow should enable to use a date + time of day as a filter
I would like a workflow to work so, that it would enroll folks who have filled in a form after a specific time (e.g. 5PM) on a specific day (e.g. Oct, 31, 2023).
Currently there seems *only* to be a way to enroll folks who've filled a form, say, on or after (or before) a specific date. So I'm missing the time of day in there.
Why is this relevant? Well, e.g. if there is some reason why you want to automate something (like sending of an email) after a specific time (because you might have sent said emails manually earlier).
Not a big thing, but would sure be useful for my current use case.
Now I have to work around this by creating a suppresion list which is much more work than adding a simple time of day filter.
