Workflow or list triggered by an INCREASE in lead score

We use lead score to move people to MQL - so currently if someone gets a lead score of 8 or more, they become MQL. This means our sales people then review that lead.

 

If, however, the lead isn't ready right now, they move to Sales Nurture. The sales team need a way of seeing which of those Sales Nurture leads are most engaged in order to prioritise which ones to get back in touch with. We want to do this by tracking an increase in lead score - since an MQL will have scored 8 or more - so we don't know what the baseline is (if it was always 8, we could say, check in when they reach 12, for example).

 

We want a way of saying 'If contact's lead score increases by 4 points, alert the contact owner' (essentially).

 

At present you can track if the score is updated - but updated just means a change, it could have gone up, but it could have gone down. We need to be tracking increases.

This is an absolute must, it would postively impact every HS customer.  Shocked it hasn't been implemented already, so here's an upvote.
