We just had an issue with our form submission workflow, a contact had submitted a sales form last year, and today had submitted a support form.
Because the workflow doesn't work chronologically backwards, it sent the contact down the sales if/then branch and not the support branch.
If we could add a 'form has been submitted in the last XXX hours/ days', the records would be sent down the correct branch every time they fill out a different form.
