Yes, comments should be available in workflows. I use most automations for our support team, and they work in the help desk. Notes are not easily visible when working from the help desk view. It defeats the purpose to have to click into the ticket to search for notes. I want to be able to update comments to tickets to give visibility to the agents about workflow activities directly in help desk. I'd also like them to see when the Jira ticket comment sync happened. They can only see this when going into the ticket.
