Workflow action that re-sends or skips an email that has been previously sent to a contact.

When contacts are re-enrolled to a workflow, the ability to add a workflow action where you can choose to re-send or skip an email that has been previously sent to the contact.

Hi @adodge! If your portal has finished being upgraded to the new system (see you should be able to accomplish this with a little bit of logic! Below you can see an example workflow where we create a static list (initially empty) and as a contact is sent the "send once email", they are added to this list. When the contact re-enrolls, they will meet the criteria of being in the list and skip the sending of this special email. I can imagine that a similar set of criteria could be used if you were hoping to allow "re-sending", where you'd use a custom property on the contact to determine whether or not to re-send the email.
