There are execution times for entire workflows right now, but it would be helpful to have execution times for each individual action in the workflow which can be customized based on the action itself.
This could be useful in a use case where we want to customize the action timing for actions like sending emails, creating tasks in which we only want them to take place within specified hours.
I concur. For example, you might want to limit certain actions to work-day hours or specific days of the week. While launch others as soon as a user is enrolled. Global settings are useful but not always helpful.
Should be able to 'delay until Monday-Friday 9 am - 5 pm for example" so that messages go out only business hours for certain steps.
Concur. For us, if someone signs up for something at 2am, we want to send them an immediate acknowledgement. But it we then have a 3 day delay before a follow-up email, we don't want that to also send at 2am (3 days later). At that point, 9am might be preferred.
