Workflow Trigger - "has been updated/ changed"

It would be wonderful if HubSpot workflows could contain a workflow trigger which only recognizes changes in all filed types, especially single line & multi line text since "has been updated in last x days" will not work for automated re-enrollment in a specific workflow for contacts and companies.
