enhancing re-enrollment functions on activities would be a massive help! What I want to track is how many touchpoints we have with leads to qualify into another stage. In detail: how many calls and mails do we need to qualify from sql to opportunity.
Also for example - I have a workflow that sends an alert every time a certain type of marketing email is clicked... but if someone clicks again... no alerts are sent. This needs to be updated!
We were expecting to use the 'Last message from visitor' property for re-enrollment in a workflow that changes the tickets' pipelines and statuses after we send or receive a message, but it turns out it's an activity property and can't be used for re-enrollment. We desperatel need this feature, as it seems there's no workaround.
We'd love to send out an email automatically once every time we keep record of a meeting. Unfortunately this is an activity, where the workflow only works once. It would be a great help to allow re-enrollment here!
