I'm a sales exec that dabbles in the suspect - prospect processes. I'm revamping a workflow focussing on suspect - prospect nurturing however the SMS' and marketing emails are delayed in their creation.
I think what would be really helpful in a situation like this is having a 'text entry w. no action' placeholder kind of option so you can build the workflow while waiting on content creation.
Yes, that would be really helpful in drafting worklfows to show to teams and discuss before putting in all the work to draft emails. It's also good to brainstorm a workflow and just be able to visualise it without actually setting everything in place.
