My team would like to see the ongoing results of their assigned workflows. Without allowing the Sales Rep access to the Marketing functions, there is currently no way to report.
The workflow performance reports cannot be exported or printed, and there are no reports for workflows or individual emails.
Please add the ability to create emailed reports of the Workflow Performance page.
This feature of seeing the ongoing results of a workflow without allowing the Sales Rep access to the Marketing functions has not been implemented yet...
We'd love to be able to report on our workflows too ! Our main need is to monitor how long tickets are in workflows for, and how often the same tickets re-appear in workflows. Perhaps our use of workflows and tickets is a little out of the ordinary, but we use this specific workflow to remind clients automatically of tickets they have opened when they don't respond to our latest email, and to close the ticket automatically after a certain period of time. Clients responding to the ticket when the ticket is still in this workflow will bounce it out, and the ticket can re-enter the workflow when the support agent puts it back in the correct status again. The reporting feature would really help us to understand the habits of certain clients.
The sort of data we'd need would be when the ticket was last put into the workflow, the different steps of the workflow and we would compare this with the ticket data such as last customer reply date etc.
We have around ~250 total active workflows. I would love to be able to report and gather basic metrics (basically the performance ones inside a particular workflow; nothing too crazy) and get a high-level view of best (and worst) performing workflows at large.
EX: We have one lead nurture workflow with roughly 1000 contacts hitting goal conversion 18% of time. Another one that's same amount of contacts only hitting 7% of time. And many more lead nurture workflows that are ON.
Would be nice to look at all of them side by side to optimize the ones that aren't performing as well.
Also, love the idea of being able to see which email leads to a conversion or goal being met. There could even be a filter to see how many total days a contact spends in a workflow on average before converting. Another EX: Let's say we have a 5 email, 40 total day nurture workflow that's being outperformed by a 4 email, 22 total day nurture workflow. We could then consider shortening up the timing perhaps based on data we're seeing...
Yes! Our team is trying to replicate the "Email Trends - Emails in workflow" table into a report so that we can add it to a dashboard. however this functionality does not currently exist. Would like to see this added along with some of the other enhanced reporting features mentioned in this thread. Even better would be if tables like this "Email Trends - Emails in workflow" and others throughout parts of the dashboard could be 'pinned' or 'saved as report' as some reports are, but not all.
I am looking for a way to report on workflow performance. Think: a weekly digest for the sales team of how many people completed the workflow that week, what the average open/click rates were, etc. It looks like this chain is the closest HubSpot has come to this. Any updates?
Something that I recently noticed which might be useful for many who are trying to measure their workflow performance is to create a campaign and add all the workflow emails to it. Then you can see and compare the performance of the emails side by side
Upvoting this, too! Desperate for more reporting from the conversion end within workflows so I can see the conversion rate for particular weeks, months, and other date ranges. Would love to see this feature implemented sooner rather than later so it's easier to track for marketers as a whole. Thanks!
I'd love to see the ideas mentioned in this thread. I'm also interested in being able to easily review the number and percentage of people that make it down each path within a given workflow. Something like the attached image (excuse the bad math/made up numbers).
Agreed on all fronts. We have multiple workflows connected to onboarding processes, and it would be great to be able to deliver reporting on timeframes for things such as:
Time between each workflow
From when an appointment booking link is sent via email through a workflow to the booking of an onboarding appointment
Layered reports detailing the timeline of different events within our onboarding process, from the close of a deal to the onboarding meeting, including the above as well as examples such as these:
Close of a deal to the first email reply with the information needed
Deal closing to account setup
Timeline tracking like this would be of great benefit to identify gaps in workflows and [onboarding] processes, and also improve on the timing of each event.
