Idea: Allow (and/or enforce?) a notes field that provides context for when an Automation Issue is addressed
Problem: Currently, you only have the options to:
Mark as fixed
Ignore
Defer
There is no insight into why any of these options were chosen unless you manually (and separately) add a note to the impacted workflow. When working across multiple workflows for different teams, critical "fixes" or "workarounds" may be missed as people are unaware of what you did.
Suggested Fix: Add a field or property that allows you to provide more detail. For example, "Updated workflow to check for x before proceeding", or "ignored as this error was based on test data."
