Workflow If Then branches to include option 'Else If' branches

I often find myself using nested if/then branches in workflows to segment properly - I think being able to include multiple 'else if' branches would be beneficial. For example, I have the following workflow: 

If contact is in list X and had recent conversion X then create task for HubSpot User John
else
If contact is in List Y and had recent conversion Y then create task for HubSpot User Jane
else
If contact is in List Z and had recent converstion Z then create task for HubSpot User Mary

This could be simplified by allowing users to create multiple branches in the one 'If/Then' as shown:

This would allow for easier if/then instruction without users having to 'waterfall' if/then branches within their workflows. It would also allow for a more robust 'catch all' fallback - where none of the if/then branches are satisfied.

This would be really great because my company also has several different memberships that we would like to up-sell in a variety of ways. I know this concept can be done using Marketo's esp. 

Looks like this idea was submitted September 2017... Has HubSpot considered this or ever responded to this idea?
