Workflow Idea:
Copy Quote Property: Total of Unit Discounts from Line Items to Custom Deal Property to Use as a Personalization Token in Internal Email Communication.
Use case:
When a Deal is Closed Won, we send an email notification to Team Leadership as well as the Rep that Owned the Deal. The email is sent as an Internal Email Notification via a Workflow. As such, the details of the Deal are pulled into the body of the email using Personalize tokens that reference Deal properties.
As far as I can tell, the only way to do that currently would be for a rep to manually enter the Unit Discounts into a Custom Deal Property. Automating this process would eliminate the risk of users entering the wrong value, or entering no value at all.
