I use HubSpots workflows a ton and viewing their success/failures more easily, like in a dashboard, would be great. I have MQL and SQL workflows that run regularly and also create them for large events we exhibit at and it would be great to more readily see their results and determine which workflows/emails need the most optimization.

Yesterday we launched a beta for an Analyze Tab for Workflows. As always,I would appreciate hearing any and all feedback for our next iteration of workflow reporting.
How we are hoping this will help:
Customers need a comprehensive overview of all their automations, coupled with the capability to delve into specific automations, to effectively monitor the impact of automation on their business. These analytical tools will assist customers in easily identifying:
The extent to which automation is employed across their business and potential areas for further automation.
Performance metrics of automations, including changes in enrollment rates, and comparing enrollment of specific workflows or groups of workflows.
Until now, the sole method for customers to access this information is by monitoring the logs of each individual workflow.

Thank you for all your feedback and ideas for Workflows reporting and dashboards. The team is planning updates for Workflows reporting. I will update this thread as we make progress, and get closer to a Beta.
I agree that having the workflow performance reports (top metrics, enrollment trends, email trends) available to add to dashboards would save a lot of time and effort. This could work similar to the List -> Analyze -> Save Report feature works.
Hi, is this BETA still live? Or is there any update on this? I wish to put in workflow metrics in my dashboard, just as you can save reports from e-mail analytics & forms in a dashboard.

@hhiggins Hi Hallie! The Metrics data is super valuable, but doesn't seem to solve the need to add workflow reports to a dashboard (think clicking 'actions' on any report on a workflow's performance tab and being able to select 'add to dashboard').
Agree with the above, it seems really odd that I can't use workflow membership in the custom report builder. I'd like to be able to do what I can do in lists - report/filter on workflow status, where the contact is currently active/has enrolled/has completed etc a specific workflow. I'm trying to create a report on number of contacts active in any of workflows A, B, or C. As the above comments, I want to be able to add this report to a dashboard where it can live alongside other reports, without people having to go and find that info in multiple places elsewhere.
