I use HubSpots workflows a ton and viewing their success/failures more easily, like in a dashboard, would be great. I have MQL and SQL workflows that run regularly and also create them for large events we exhibit at and it would be great to more readily see their results and determine which workflows/emails need the most optimization.

Yesterday we launched a beta for an Analyze Tab for Workflows. As always,I would appreciate hearing any and all feedback for our next iteration of workflow reporting.
How we are hoping this will help:
Customers need a comprehensive overview of all their automations, coupled with the capability to delve into specific automations, to effectively monitor the impact of automation on their business. These analytical tools will assist customers in easily identifying:
The extent to which automation is employed across their business and potential areas for further automation.
Performance metrics of automations, including changes in enrollment rates, and comparing enrollment of specific workflows or groups of workflows.
Until now, the sole method for customers to access this information is by monitoring the logs of each individual workflow.

Thank you for all your feedback and ideas for Workflows reporting and dashboards. The team is planning updates for Workflows reporting. I will update this thread as we make progress, and get closer to a Beta.
Similarly, my team is also trying to figure out how many active workflows have each contact. And I agree that it would be great to be able to filter the report based on workflow status (e.g. on/off, completed, etc.)
Interim solution: Until HubSpot makes it easy to "click-to-view" folks who complete the goals in workflows, I've created a simple list with these filters:

Hi team, ideally, if we can show top level marketing emails metrics within "workflow" reporting - that would be nice.
For instance, within one workflow, I have three marketing emails. As part of the workflow performance page, it will show the average sent rate/ open rate etc of those emails combined.
Just being able to see how many contacts have gone down the different paths, and being able to export a list of contacts that have reached certain decision points would be very helpful.
Revisiting this in September 2023 - please allow us to utilize the data displayed on workflow performance details as dashboard reports. Maintaining a line of sight on enrollment trends alongside KPIs would be very insightful!
Yes please! It would be beneficial to report on workflows and export the data out, which is less time consuming. Also, being able to export out the date and time an email was sent and the date and time for when an email was opened within a workflow would be nice as well.
it would be very useful to analyze how many contact go through each action. For example we have put at the end of a workflow the action "delete contact". It would be fundamental to report how many contact are deleted trough the time (monthly, yearly and so on)

Hi When will it be possible to create reports from workflows, its great you can view and edit the Enrollment over time but it's useless if I can't put it into a report/dashboard for our Senior management. This has been in planning for a long time. Please update us, thanks Gill
@JHartnaglethis would be very helpful to be able to integrate into dashboards and create reports on - rather than just being able to dig into it individual by clicking into it. This would be helpful to quickly analyze performance and enrollment of workflows all at once.
@JHartnagle have there been any updates on the workflows topic? We're also looking for a way to expand on our reporting by including workflows. One solution could be by exporting marketing emails' data using API endpoints but even there the most useful endpoint (https://api.hubapi.com/marketing/v3/emails) is missing workflow reference strings.
