Workflow Based on Property Value Changing when Known
I desperatly need the option to set up enrollment triggers based on a property value that is known changing.
Example:
We currently document Launch Dates using property value "Launch Date". However sometimes launch dates get delayed or moved and we update that date. I would like to send a notification to specific people that the date has changed using automations but unfortunately cannot filter out companies where that property is "unknown". i.e. as we close new deals and document that date for the first time, that notificaiton is still being sent and I only want it to send when the value is known and changed. I did speak to HubSpot support who confirmed there is no way to support this at this time without a manual workaround.
There are about 5 other instances we have a business need for that this capability would be incredible to have.
