Whitelist Changes Notification

Wish there was a notification sent to Admins when the HubSpot IPs to whitelist changed. Very frustrating when I have internal users complaining about HS internal emails ending up in their "Junk" folder. Internal users lose trust in the system. Would be great if I could be proactive, versus reactive.

Agreed! We've run into this issue a few times over the year and it affects our deliverability rates and IP reputation. It would be a great idea to have a notification system for whenever IPs are changed.

Yes! We run into this issue too but for our customers rather than internal users. We publish whitelisting instructions in our Implementation Documentation and I would like to keep it as up to date as possible, but without a notification when there are changes the only way to know is to consistently check and compare the list of ~50 IP addresses.
